  • Online Shipping

    Items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days as each is custom made to order. Occasionally this shipping time will be extended for various reasons, and if that is the case we will contact you immediately if there is a delay on your order. If you need a quicker delivery please contact us prior to ordering so we can determine if we can accommodate your needs.

    Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (from Nashville, TN). Upon shipment, you will receive a notification with a delivery confirmation number.

  • Purchasing

    Everything is handmade and unique. Due to the nature of this and the organic materials used such as gemstones, fresh water pearl and hand wire wrapping, each piece will have its own personality and will not look exactly like the picture represented on the website. In addition, not all colors appear the same on all monitors.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

    We would love to talk to you about a custom piece. Integrating unique and special pendants into Lock and Key necklaces is one of our favorite things to do. Please contact us to discuss your next one of a kind piece.

  • Repairs

    Any repairs needed due to regular wear and tear will be repaired free of charge within 3 months of the original purchase date. This does not include the cost to replace any of the organic materials used in the necklaces. You pay the cost of shipping to the Lock and Key Studio and we will ship it back to you free of charge.

    Repairs after the three month purchase date will incur a cost depending on the time and materials needed to repair the item. Please contact us - repairs have to be approved via email before shipping to the Lock and Key Studio.

    If there is any doubt that it is due to a faulty component, we do not charge a fee.

  • Return & Exchange Policy: Online Sales

    Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of delivery as long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping cost. Please contact us prior to any exchange. Exchanges must be approved via email prior to shipping to Lock and Key Design.

  • Return & Exchange Policy: Festival/Market Sales

    All sales at regional festivals and markets are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be possible.
