Terms & Conditions

Orders will be shipped out within two weeks. If the merchandise is in stock we will ship it within a week from the day the order is received.

Each piece is a handmade piece of wearable art. Slight variances of size and stone color are a part of the authenticity of the piece. Expect some unique characteristics. We stand behind our jewelry. Any jewelry that arrives damaged will be repaired at no charge, once approved, only if L&K is contacted within five days of its arrival and it has no signs of wear. Images and inquiry will need to be sent to info@lockandkeydesign.com for approval. We will return the jewelry at our expense. 

Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us.

UPS Ground service preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges will be provided at checkout.

Retail Return Policy:

All sales are final.

Lock and Key is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to L&K.

L&K does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. French Kande is not responsible for lost shipments.

REPAIRS

We stand by our product. Images and inquiry will need to be sent to info@lockandkeydesign.com for prior approval.

  • Within the first month of purchase (order confirmation required): L&K will repair it free of charge. 

  • After the first month of purchase (order confirmation required): A minimum $35 repair fee will be charged.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. If the item is not repairable, a replacement fee will be given on a case by case basis. After one year of purchase, L&K will only replace an item for suggested retail price. If customer tries to repair item themselves, or takes item to an outside jeweler for repair, warranty is no longer valid.
